Kabsa
To cook adelicious kabsa perfetly, you should follow some steps. The first step is to cut an onion to small pieces. Saute the onion,and then a chilli is added. Then rins the rice in sink until the water becomes clear to see the rice through it. Now soak it for thirty minutes. Bu the time the onion become golden, pieces of chicken should be added. Put a dash of salt and cumin into the pot. After that, add a pproperait amount of boiling water to the chicken and simmer it for fourty minutes. As soon as the fourty minutes is over, make sure that you drain the chicken well. Tha next step is to add a dash of black pepper on it, and broil it in the oven. The rice now can be added to the chicken water. The final step is to simmer the rice gently. While the rice and the chicken are getting well cooked,you can prepare a nutritious salad. When you finish, you can enjoy nice meal.

  1. I think everyone has a different way to cook Kabsa. For example, I have many ways to cook Kabsa by myself.
